A Benefit Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management.

What will I be doing?

The Benefit Coordinator coordinates and implements department activities and projects, as assigned. Provides clerical and office support and assistance to department management. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Manage paperwork for subsidies, right holders, medical breaks and other corresponding Essalud benefits.Make the affiliations in the EPS to each worker and coordinate with the brocker the entry of team members to the plan.Manage the life insurance law for each team member with the respective documentation.Report monthly information for payroll: Subsidies, medical breaks and discounts.Manage the EPS policy: Guarantee letters, respective documentation (invoice, credit notes, folders, etc.)Manage the SCTR PENSION as SCTR SALUD and make the monthly declaration.Coordinate health and wellness campaings for team members.Coordinates projects and activities and projects, as assigned.Manage the FOLA Coordinate internal eventsGenerate agreements oriented to Our Purpose H4UTrain Team Members in the Health policiesParticipate in the induction of new Team MembersCoordinate health and wellness campaings for Team MembersParticipate in the Sports Olympics CommitteeProvides clerical and office support and assistance to department managementMaintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activityRoute incoming mail, faxes, and packagesAnswer telephone and assist internal and external guests with requestsWrites correspondence on behalf of the departmentMakes copies, send/distributes outgoing mailUses email system to deliver and accept emailsGreet internal and external customers when entering the departmentAssist with a variety of requestsMaintains detailed filing system for departmentMaintain office supplies for departmentReport all unsafe conditions immediatelyAttend all mandatory meetingsFollow and know emergency procedures as neededKeep work area clean and organizedMaintain a good working relationship with other department, employees, and guess
