Belmont Faculty Fellowship Program 2025- College of Education

The Faculty Fellow Program is a two-year initiative aimed at supporting new faculty members who have recently earned a Ph.D. or terminal degree. The program focuses on helping faculty with minimal teaching experience build portfolios that promote hope, unity, and a sense of belonging in the classroom.

Teach two to three courses per semester in the College assigned.Perform all functions related to the management of coursework in higher education, including:
creation of new curriculum, teaching in classroom or laboratory experiences, establishing assessment tools, and evaluation of coursework.Conduct an original research project.Provide sound input as a faculty member in the assigned program.Abide by all relevant university and/or departmental procedures and policies.The above statements describe the job’s essential responsibilities and requirements.  They are not an exhaustive list of the duties that may be assigned to job incumbents.
