The responsibilities of the beverage champion include: • 50% of time spent on beverage production & 50% spent on hospitality and overall guest experience. • Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales, and managing customer issues. • Crafting a variety of coffee and specialty beverages to company standards and customer expectations. • Ensuring all equipment is maintained, calibrated, and cleaned regularly • Drive excitement across the team and with customers, creating an inviting environment. • Engage with customers, guiding them through the menu ordering process and recommending favorites to try. • Follow all drink recipes precisely while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Managing the Beverage area, maintaining quality standards and monitoring all service equipment • Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level. • Champions recognition and motivation efforts, works as a team to deliver elevated experiences. Requirements The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves serving up great-tasting products and meaningful customer experience-often all at once!
