Escort guests to rooms, explaining hotel amenities and features along the way. Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally, including deliveries and concierge-style assistance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby and entrance areas. Support the front office with coordination of guest services and efficient traffic flow in high-demand times. Ensure luggage is safely stored and delivered as needed. **What we need from you:** Young, energetic, and service-oriented personality. Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is an advantage. Basic English communication skills; Arabic is a plus. Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (e.g., luggage). Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
