Who we are looking for
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Offering Specialist to be part of our Belgian Marketing team, reporting to the Customer Offering Manager.
The Customer Offering Specialist understands consumers and helps defining what product and services can be offered, in order to attract and satisfy customers and to maximize Sales and Marginality.
He/she contributes to design a successful product offering, by working on products and services portfolio, pricing strategy, promotion & merchandising.
You will be actively involved in the following activities:
Portfolio Strategy & Pricing Contribution to product innovations by helping decide main customer benefits linked to specific products & services ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction Contribute in deciding how to promote products & services, helping in the creation of related brand marketing assets Develop marketing innovation canvasses across all channels Contributions to service developments, integration & maintenance of these within the company Contribution to international & national projects for customer offering (business cases) Monitoring of the competition and the market, making comparative analyses and recommendations (competitive offers, mystery shopping) Review pricing and promotions to maximize continuous Price and Margin Realization Develop complementary product portfolio strategies and foster cross-selling strategies Analytics & Reportings Provide support on monthly forecast of the average selling price (ASP) Provide support on all analytics needs on sales trends, discount, promo effectiveness, network performance on products and services Performance analysis of our product portfolioacross categories with focus on ASP Process Continuous Improvement and Evolution Ensure development, improvement and maintenance of processes within the customer offering team Coordination & communication First point of contact for audiologists' questions regarding commercial requests and follow-up of internal requests Collaboration with various suppliers Follow-up on the organisation of trainings with the Training Team Co-create internal communication for the team
What you'll need
Skills and experience
Master Degree in Marketing (Product Management, Brand- or Value Proposition Management, Category Management) Up to 2 years professional experience in product or brand management. Demonstrates a strong enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation. Analytical skills, data-driven and well-organized Teamplayer with high degree of autonomy, reliability and initiative. Project management capabilities: you are able to manage a project independently Good understanding and passion for digital environment Curious, enthusiastic and willingness to learn and for continuous professional development Trilingual: English (mandatory), Dutch or French (both is a plus) Presentation skills Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
