Bring your commitment and leadership skills to a team-based workplace that puts people first. + Provide administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department. + Supervision of assigned staff includes performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. + Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, corrective action plans, and similar actions. + Determine caseloads and assign cases to team, review treatment plans to ensure completeness and accuracy, track all necessary data related to case management performance targets and timeliness of reports, maintaining internal and external file compliance. + Ensure consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques, promote a therapeutic environment, and develop/support quality improvement initiatives. + Work with management team to design effective policies and procedures for behavioral intervention and serve as liaison to other departments within the agency.
