Work Schedule:

100%, day/eve, Monday-Friday / 8:00am-4:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays. You will work at 1401 E State Street Rockford IL.

 QualificationsMaster’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Psychiatric Nursing or related Mental Health field. Required
 Work Experience3 years of clinical experience in an established psychiatric setting. RequiredExperience working in a managed care environment. Required
 Licenses & CertificationsCurrent valid licensure from the State of Illinois or active pursuit with licensure obtained within two years of being in the position. RequiredLicensure must be a LCPC, LPC, LSW, AMFT or LMFT. RequiredMaintains current nonviolent crisis intervention certification. Required(annual)-Exception-not required for BHR therapists. Required
