The Behavioral Health & Wellness Manager for Community Based Services (CBS) long-term residential and vocational services will play a pivotal role in improving the lives of individuals with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and co-occurring disorders. As a key member of the Direct Care & Treatment (DCT) – CBS Leadership Team, the Behavioral Health & Wellness Manager will: + Lead and grow a statewide behavioral health team. + Champion evidence-based, trauma-informed, and equity-driven practices. + Develop and standardize clinical protocols that promote consistency and quality. + Foster a team-based, whole-person approach that integrates clinical, vocational, and educational supports. + Shape strategy and represent behavioral health in statewide planning efforts. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership across CBS’s vocational and long-term residential services, ensuring equitable access to behavioral health resources, promoting positive mental health and wellness practices, and serving as a representative for non-medical behavioral health services in policy and planning discussions. AND + Three (3) or more years post licensure experience.
