Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist for our afternoon and evening shift, as well as Saturday’s at our South location in Bridgeville, PA. You’ll deliver independent, evidence-based clinical services to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting, supporting recovery and resilience in a caring, collaborative environment.

UPMC is offering a sign on bonus of $2500 for a 1 year work commitment and $3500 for a 2 year work commitment.

What You’ll Do:

Create and manage treatment plans tailored to diverse and complex needs

Conduct patient assessments and make clinical decisions on treatment and referrals

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and manage your caseload independently

Support families and engage in regular performance improvement and licensure preparation

Mentor student interns and support peers in a team-focused atmosphere
