Behavioral Health Technicians I provide direct and supportive care to clients/patients. Duties include providing oversight of daily activities, health monitoring, crisis intervention, facilitating groups, and transporting clients as needed.

Key Responsibilities:Admit, supervise, monitor, transfer, and discharge clients/patients.Monitor vital signs and respond to crisis situations.Facilitate group education and structured activities.Oversee medication administration per policy and procedure.Document client behaviors and progress.Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years responsible employment.Experience in Human Services or related field preferred.Additional Qualifications:Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to operate a company-owned vehicle.Must be at least twenty-three (23) years of age to operate a company-owned fifteen (15) passenger van.Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance required.

Physical Requirements:ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time with brief walking/standing periods.
