Key Responsibilities:Provide direct care and support to clients/patients, including monitoring daily activities and responding to crisesFacilitate group education and structured activities, promoting client engagement and participationAssist in the admission/orientation process, including obtaining vital signs and collecting necessary lab specimensProvide transportation support for clients/patients as requiredCollaborate with nursing staff to ensure medication compliance and adherence to program policies

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of responsible employmentPrefer experience in Human Services or a related field, but will consider skilled individuals without prior experience

Additional Qualifications:Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writingKnowledge of confidentiality laws governing the treatment of substance use and mental health disordersBasic math skills and ability to navigate electronic medical recordsAbility to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries

Physical Requirements:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to crises as neededAbility to lift, carry, and push objects as required by the job dutiesAbility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
