· Facilitate group education and structured activities
· Assist with personal care, medication administration, and vital signs
· Document and report client behavior and progress
· Participate as an active member of the treatment teamEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications· High School education OR equivalent and two (2) years responsible employment
· Experience in Human Services or related field preferredAdditional Qualifications· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Completion of background check, including driving record and abuse/neglect check
· Completion of New Hire Orientation and all training requirements, including Relias
· First Aid and CPR certification
· Medication Administration training according to program standards
· Behavioral Management training (CPI or Crisis Management on Relias)Physical Requirements· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
· Sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing for brief periods
