Behavioral Health Receptionist

Location: 100 Grove Street, Worcester,
Job Type: [Full-Time/8:30a-5:00p]

As the Behavioral Health Receptionist, you’ll serve as the central point of communication and coordination for our clinical and support teams, helping ensure operations run smoothly behind the scenes. While this role does not involve direct patient contact, your impact will be felt throughout our mission of delivering exceptional behavioral healthcare.

What We’re Looking For:

High School Diploma or GED required

2+ years of receptionist or administrative support experience, preferably in a behavioral health or healthcare setting

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams is a plus

What You’ll Do:

As the Behavioral Health Receptionist, you will:

Serve as the administrative hub of the office — welcoming visitors, vendors, or staff members as needed

Answer and route a high volume of internal and external calls; deliver clear, timely messages

Support scheduling teams by directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel

Prepare and distribute applications and documentation for incoming staff or candidates

Manage the reception area and office supplies to ensure a professional, organized environment

Coordinate mail, shipments, and file management

Assist behavioral health leadership and administrative staff with clerical and data-entry projects as needed
