Description The Department of Psychiatry is seeking to hire a part-time Behavioral Health Professional to join the UCLA Program for the Educational and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS) Clinic. The PEERS Clinic provides manualized, evidence-based, manualized social skills interventions for youth and adults with ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other socio-emotional challenges. Primary duties include: + Assess youth eligibility for participation in outpatient therapy groups + Conduct group based interventions + Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans + Administer structured interviews and rating scales + Provide treatment planning and support + Other duties as assigned Please note this is a limited position that may convert to career Salary range: $31.03/hr - $65.90/hr Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field (Advanced degree preferred) Knowledge of psychology protocols, medical/psychiatric terminology, and psychiatric disorders Familiarity with treatment manuals and protocols for childhood disorders Ability to administer rating scales and other assessment tools Experience working with individuals from diverse social, cultural, and educational backgrounds Strong attention to detail and ability to follow program protocols accurately Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and data management programs Flexibility to manage changing priorities, deadlines, and workload Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team UCLA Health welcomes all individuals, without regard to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin or disabilities, and we proudly look to each person’s unique achievements and experiences to further set us apart.
