Behavioral Health Operations Manager
The Rescue Mission of Trenton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Behavioral Health Addiction Services unit. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment for our clients and staff. The position reports to the Chief Behavioral Officer. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a passion for our mission and a strong background in behavioral health and facility operations.
Qualifications:
· Significant proven experience in a leadership or management role within a behavioral health or addiction services setting.
· At least Five (5) years of facility operations and logistics leadership.
· Demonstrated excellence in communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
· Commitment to the values and mission of the Rescue Mission of Trenton.
Responsibilities:
·Staff Management and Supervision: Provide direct supervision to Peer Recovery Support (PRS) staff and Unit Coordinators. Manage staff schedules and monitor overtime to ensure efficient and effective coverage across all three shifts. Collaborate with HR on various human resource matters.
·Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day unit operations. Work with agency leadership to create and implement logistical plans, and coordinate with the agency's Facilities Team to foster a culture of cleanliness and order for both staff and clients.
· Client Care: Support a client-centered care model, including the coordination of peer support didactics and providing guidance on client care and supervision. Assist staff with the new client admission process.
· Interdepartmental Coordination:Serve as a key liaison between various departments, including vocational experience, clinical, medical, and operations (Facilities and Environmental Services) to ensure seamless and integrated services.
· Availability:This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with staggered hours and on-call responsibilities to provide guidance and support across all shifts.
Salary Range:$60,000 - $70,000What We Offer:
