Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and organized Behavioral Health Coordinator to support our behavioral health team in Goleta. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is passionate about building a career in the medical field.

Location: Goleta

Pay: $21–23/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM

availability (8-hour shifts)

Experience Required: Entry Level

Responsibilities:

Respond to behavioral health, psychiatric, and substance abuse referrals.Screen and triage patients for mental health and substance use disorders.Schedule and confirm appointments for behavioral health services.Facilitate linkage to internal and external services.Educate patients on mental health and substance abuse treatment options.Coordinate care across medical, dental, and behavioral health providers.Track patient progress and maintain registries.Support behavioral interventions and document patient progress.Assist with SBIRT processes and maintain substance abuse registries.Participate in weekly behavioral health case consultations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
