Are you a licensed clinician with strong leadership skills and a passion for co-occurring care? Join Riverside Community Care as a Clinical Program Manager within our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Milford!

 

This is a dynamic leadership role at the forefront of Massachusetts’ CBHC initiative, providing rapid access and comprehensive behavioral health services for adults, youth, and families. You’ll guide a skilled team of clinicians supporting individuals with complex mental health and substance use needs—helping transform how care is delivered in the community.

 

What You’ll Do

As the manager for the Co-Occurring CBHC Component team, you will:

Lead a multidisciplinary team providing integrated co-occurring treatment Supervise and coach licensed and license-eligible clinical staff Ensure high-quality care, timely access, and documentation compliance Collaborate across internal programs and community partners Foster a trauma-informed, person-centered, and equitable team culture

 

What You’ll Bring

Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent) At least 2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills Commitment to trauma-informed care, harm reduction, equity, and continuous improvement

 

Schedule: Full-time, flexible day shift with some evening/weekend on-call coverage as needed

 

Pay Rate: $79,567.48 to $84,872.11/salaried depending on experience!
