Behavioral Health Assistant

Schedule:  PRN

Location:  Southfield, MI 

GENERAL SUMMARY

Eastwood Clinics welcomes and actively seeks to hire applicants with disabilities, including those who have been in Substance Use Disorder recovery for at least 1 year.

Implement individualized behavior support plans under the direction of leadership. Assist in the planning and implementation of individualized behavior support plans. Collect, record, and report data on client progress making specific instructional changes according to established guidelines. Alert team members to any areas of concern. Complete informal evaluations as required.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

CERTIFICATION/LICENCES REQUIRED

A valid Michigan Driver's License is required with no DUI's r OWI's in the last 5 yearsAt least 1 year experience with recovery required. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association accepted.
