planning and execution of tailored behavior support strategiesCollect record and report data on client progress making necessary instructional adjustments as per established guidelinesAlert team members to any areas of concern regarding client well being and progressComplete informal evaluations as required to ensure the effectiveness of support plansSupport the case management team with daily program needs including budgeting and resource allocationAssist clients with Activities of Daily Living ADLs to promote independence and improve quality of lifeCollaborate with clients to set
