Join our Special Ed Co-op crew working with primary and middle school students to make learning and growth not just possible, but powerful. Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): + Support children and adults with special needs + Team up with school pros and behavioral specialists + Help students crush their learning and behavioral goals The Basics: + Start: ASAP + Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Break: 30 minutes unpaid What You’ll Need to Bring: + High School diploma or equivalent + IL Paraprofessional License (must-have) + Two years of pediatric experience preferred + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years old If you’re ready to be the calm in the chaos, the cheerleader in the challenge, and the teammate every student deserves—let’s talk.
