In this role, you’ll work closely with children and adults, supporting their educational and behavioral development in collaboration with educators and behavioral specialists. ?? What You’ll Do: + Provide direct support to individuals with special needs in educational and behavioral settings + Implement personalized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of licensed professionals + Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to achieve meaningful learning and behavioral goals + Track progress and contribute to ongoing assessments and treatment adjustments + Foster a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for every individual you serve What You’ll Need: High school diploma or equivalent (required) + Two (2) years of pediatric experience (preferred) + Current CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray, if applicable) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age ??
