Join our team as a Behavior Technician and help support children and adults in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and other professionals to create meaningful change in a collaborative and supportive environment—including within school settings where your impact will be felt daily.

Key Responsibilities: Provide direct behavioral and educational support to individuals with special needs. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of behavioral specialists. Collaborate with school staff, families, and clinical teams to support progress toward learning and behavioral objectives. Work within school settings to support students during classroom activities, transitions, and social interactions. Collect and record data on client progress and behavior. Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for clients.
