The PositionResponsibilities for this role: • Support the preparation and review of files for regulatory procedures before COFEPRIS (health registration, modifications, renewals, advertising, technological surveillance reports, etc.). • Support the collection and organization of technical information on medical devices (IFUs, manuals, certificates, labels, etc.). • Follow up on information requests, official documents, and requirements from the health authority. • Participate in the review of labeling in accordance with current regulations. • Support the updating of internal regulatory databases, Veeva systems and document control. • Provide general administrative support to the regulatory team.

Who you are:• 6th semester student or higher in programs such as: QFB, QFBT, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Pharmacy, or related fields. • Interest in developing in the area of ​​medical device regulation. • Basic knowledge of applicable Mexican regulations (COFEPRIS, NOMs for medical devices). • Proficiency in Office suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Intermediate English level.• availability in the mornings.
