Job Summary

We're looking for a Premium Intern with interest in Customer Service, logistics, data analysis, transport, who is eager to grow by working alongside experienced team.
You’ll be part of a team that’s managing orders, sales and logistics at the same time that are focus on management and optimization of stock and logistic operations. This is a unique opportunity to learn in real-world projects, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful work supporting our Customer service department

🎯 What you will be doing:

Tilburg Order Management & Tracking (STO's)Spanish local sales order Management & TrackingMonthly Stock control of consignment products – No aged stock of consignment productsMonthly Stock control at logistic hub matched versus physical stock with auditorsResolution of Dispute cases - internal follow up - Every caseNotificationsCustomer MOQ policy adherence vigilanceCredit control & Collection support on blocked accounts (missing invoices, PoD signed) when requestedFollow up and validation of logistic KPI's IT requests (bar code labels)Maintain Billing due list & Release billing documents for accounting.Local warehouse management in alignment with objectives.

This isn’t your typical internship — we’re looking for someone who’s ready to step in, grow fast, and make an impact. We don’t expect you to know it all. We’ll help you get there. You will work closely with senior teammates who will support you on your learning path and get hands-on mentorship.

✅Location / Setup: Oviedo, Asturias (hybrid depending on team; flexibility required)

Requirement:

Beca FUO former students or post-graduates of the University of Oviedo who completed their studies within the past four years.
