As a Beauty Confident , you will provide personalized beauty guidance within an iconic luxury setting, leveraging in-depth knowledge of CHANEL’s fragrances, makeup, and skincare. Collaborate closely with a dedicated team in a boutique that celebrates individuality and beauty, while building lasting client relationships that contribute to the brand's esteemed legacy.

In this role you will report to a Boutique Manager and will closely collaborate with Make-up artists and Learning teams.

Drive Brand Engagement: Your interactions are pivotal in deepening the emotional connection between clients and CHANEL, which is crucial for customer retention and word-of-mouth advocacy.

Influence Sales and Growth: Through personalized service and expertise, you will not only drive immediate sales but will also contribute to the long-term growth and market positioning of CHANEL by creating a loyal client base.

Champion the Omnichannel Approach: By integrating digital strategies with in-store experiences you will ensure the Company remains at the forefront of retail innovation, providing a cohesive and modern experience for clients.

Maintain Brand Integrity: The meticulous upkeep of the boutique and adherence to CHANEL’s standards reinforces the brand's image of luxury and exclusivity, which is essential for maintaining its high market standing.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

·         Eagerness and willingness to take care of the client; retail experience is a plus.

·         Have a University Degree Diploma and experience of a minimum of 3 years in a sales position in a retail environment, luxury experience would be an advantage.

·         Selling skills and performance-driven

·         Knowledge of operations

·         Technology savvy and digital trend awareness

·         English is mandatory

·         Makeup skills
