You provide personalized consultation and skincare Essential services by leveraging on your skincare service expertise and products. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Reporting to Maison Manager, we are looking for a **Senior Beauty Advisor** to offer luxury personalized services to our clients. **Drive Sales and Build Brand Loyalty** + Provide exceptional client experience through personalized skincare consultation and Essential services + Able to recommend the best product routines according to client needs and skincare objectives + Achieve sales and service goals together as a team and go beyond by cross an upselling + Build a loyal client base by attracting new clients, maintaining relationship after sales to ensure long-term engagement with our clients. + Lead by example and support the onboarding of new comers. **Build Brand Awareness** + Master brand story, in depth product knowledge and skincare routines + Convey excellent brand image through grooming, attitude, perfect maintenance of the store + Share passion for beauty and skincare industry **Demonstrate Service Excellence** + Demonstrate high sense of service + Support daily operations in store (stocks, organization…) + Adhere to the application of visual merchandising guidelines defined by ORVEDA to optimize exposure in the point of sale. **Working for Coty means** Our people make us who we are.
