Embodying the brand, you help achieve your team’s sales goals while delivering the best fragrance experience to our clients. You provide personalized consultation by leveraging on fragrance expertise and products.
RESPONSABILITES :
Build Brand Awareness
Master brand story and in-depth product knowledge Convey excellent brand image and ICP expertise through grooming, attitude, perfect maintenance of the store Share passion for beauty and fragrance industry
Drive Sales and Build Brand Loyalty
Provide exceptional client experience through personalized fragrance consultation and services and follow precisely the ICP selling ceremony Achieve sales and service goals together as a team, encouraging cross and upselling Facilitate brand masterclass in store or PR events Build a loyal client base by attracting new clients, maintaining relationship after sales to ensure long-term engagement with our clients.
Demonstrate Service Excellence
Demonstrate elevated sense of service Pay high attention to details Anticipate the needs to execute smoothly the experience (stocks, scented tools, wrapping elements…) Adhere to the application of visual merchandising guidelines defined by ICP

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
As an experienced Beauty Advisor, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you have:
Minimum 5 years in the luxury retail, for Niche / Premium fragrance brands Fragrance certification is a plus Used to serve demanding / High net worth clients Your own client’s portfolio Beauty products selling experience Experience in animating Masterclass with VIC or influencers or PR Are passionate about fragrance trends and brands Are fluent English is mandatory, proficient in written and spoken. + Another language is a plus. Willingness and availability to work flexible hours
