In this role, you will be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs). You will oversee the follow up and qualification of Marketing leads, driving your team’s performance to hit Marketing targets.

Bachelor’s degree requiredProven experience managing and developing sales or business development teams, ideally in a technology or SaaS environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a teamDemonstrated ability to lead by example and conduct yourself in a professional mannerTrack record of fostering agile learning and adaptability in teamsStrong organizational and analytical skills; experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)Commitment to working hours that support your team and align with customer needsMotivated, competitive, and positive, with a passion for coaching and developing others#LI-EG1
