Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the sales strategy and execution for Visuals & Accessories in the assigned territory, focusing on the B2B/commercial market.
Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
Provide product expertise and sales enablement to the local team to ensure alignment with Lenovo’s objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to optimize product positioning and promotions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT accessories, peripherals, or visual products (monitors, projectors, etc.).
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English.
