As a BDC Admin, you’ll be the friendly, organized, behind-the-scenes superstar supporting our Service departments. You’ll:
Connect with customers via phone, email, and online to set appointments and follow up
Keep our customer database up-to-date and organized
Learn the ins and outs of Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
Help turn leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and top-notch service
Juggle schedules and keep everything running smoothly like a finely tuned engine

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes: Hourly Rate ranging from $15-20 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $60,000
