Responsibilities: As a BDC Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success. Your responsibilities will include: + Developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customer interactions related to parts, service, and sales departments. + Gathering accurate customer information to create a robust database for continual follow-up and retention. + Building and maintaining knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions. + Utilizing computer and phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention. + Scheduling solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, and other generic leads, as well as service and parts customers. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have: + The ability to present information clearly and professionally. + Strong time management skills. + Efficient typing skills. + Basic computer and phone skills.
