Responsibilities:
As a BDC Administrator, you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, processing, managing, following up, and tracking all customer interactions related to parts, service, and sales departments.Gathering accurate customer information to create a robust database for continual follow-up and retention.Building and maintaining knowledge of product information, current sales pricing, and dealership and manufacturer events and promotions.Utilizing computer and phone skills within our Internet department to increase appointments, sales, and customer retention.Scheduling solid appointments with customer call-ins, lists of sold and unsold floor traffic, previous customers, referrals, and other generic leads, as well as service and parts customers.Qualifications:
