Make It With Pride.** You assist in planning, developing and execution of capital projects, technical development, feasibility perspectives of engineering-related activities in the supply chain and capital-expense project execution to support growth, world-class manufacturing and productivity with the highest level of quality, safety and environmental requirements. You help ensure sure that Mondelēz business and innovation processes in project management and Mondelēz standards in execution are followed. **How you will contribute** + The role supports capital project execution, and you will be accountable for the quality of the results and execution of capital projects using Mondelēz standards, and business and innovation processes in project management. + You will help define and deliver the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of capital investments with stakeholders so that accurate budgets, plans and fit-for-purpose technical solutions are provided and develop the capital budget according to the contract and forecast cash flow. + You will also help ensure that applicable engineering developments and standards are properly implemented, and support the development and implementation of state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources, harmonize assets and rollout best practices. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + Engineering or operations + Working effectively and under pressure to meet deadlines + Analysis + Project management **More about this role** + Strategic Planning and leadership for the site + Provide a site master plan that will enable growth, innovation and efficiency Establish a capital roadmap that is informed by the manufacturing strategy, site master plan and commercial roadmap + Provide technical leadership for the commercial team from a manufacturing standpoint + Breakthrough thinking to bring forth options, new ideas and possibilities + Lead multi – functional project team of technical functions, operations function and local teams + Management of strategic projects through cross functional teams, design, install, commission, commercialize, ramp up, safety & quality + New technologies process development Management of significant spends + Continuous improvement though strategic and systemic review + Responsible for the overall commercialization of projects + Coordination of manufacturing, engineering and supply chain resources to ensure successful execution of all deliverables of project management + Responsible for long term capital plan, creating flexibility and capability with lower cost production + Communicate plant product opportunities and ensure optimal utilization of plant capacities, while fulfilling strategic plans + AR Development coordination Management and facilitation of concept Engineering + Manage Product & Process Modifications & New Product Launch Project Preparation and Execution & Budget Estimations and Management + Supporting continuous improvement projects Experience in managing major capital projects + Lead and execute all product related changes, both in terms of product and packaging, in cooperation with all relevant stakeholders + Lead and execute all process related changes in cooperation with procurement, R&D and Quality to manage harmonization of manufacturing process and de-complexity of product portfolio **Education / Certifications:** Bachelor's degree in engineering **Job specific requirements:** + Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operation/engineering positions (Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Development, Project Management) + Work experience as Project Engineer at the plant or Engineering company + Know­ how and experience in food processing and packaging including knowledge of latest developments, practices and trends in food engineering and technologies, + Good knowledge of English and computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP) + Good knowledge of technical and financial affairs Excellent Project Management skills + Strong people management skills + Good coordination and management of contractors on site + Good communication and negotiations skills **Travel requirements:** No **Work schedule:** Full Time No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan serves the Middle East and Africa markets as well as Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada.
