BCM Operations Lead
**Job summary** Lead business continuity support in preparation for during and post significant events. Partner with crisis management leads in responding to significant incidents globally ensuring proper business continuity. Assess local facility level plans and capabilities to ensure proper preparedness for resilience during significant incidents in the Americas EMEA region. Support the BCM Operations Lead in India and APAC as and when required. **Responsibilities** Work in collaboration of business stakeholders to review and develop Business Continuity Plans and Emergency Response Plans for the basic business processes and operations functions as required. Carry out business impact assessment business continuity strategy road map implementation plan crisis management plans response plans. Engage with various business heads and staff of client to discuss and carry out impact assessment study risk assessment study implementation of business continuity DR strategy. Coordinate with various functions/locations/accounts on BCM planning (organizational location and account level). Ensure standardization of BCM arrangements through the location/functional resilience managers. Ensure implementation and closure of corrective/preventive actions. Ensure support for both internal and external audits (e.g. ISO 22301 etc) Support the Global Business Resilience team in plan coordination & preparation for regulatory engagements. Provide support and work with departments to develop and regularly update all aspects of Business Continuity Planning (BIA Plans tests) to ensure an efficient recovery in the event of a business interruption or relocation as well as for yearly compliance purposes. In conjunction with Integrated Crisis Management (ICM) Business Continuity (BCM) Governance and IT Teams define the recovery specifications for IT applications and formalize recovery time objectives in compliance with SLA and other business requirements. Ensure development and maintenance all BCP related documentation as required. Prepare discuss and finalize business continuity strategy and reports as required. Use relevant ICM and BCM tools and techniques as part of business continuity management crisis management development and implementation. Possess excellent documentation report writing skills. Project management as assigned by GBR leadership **Certifications Required** Business continuity relevant certification(s) preferred to include CBCP MBCP CBCI MBCI ISO22301 / ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead auditor.
