What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join as a BCG X Internal Communications and Events Manager position located in one of our offices in the EMESA region. Key responsibilities include:
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
INTERNAL EVENTS
Plan and execute high-profile internal events such as 'WWOMBELDON' or similar flagship gatherings during the annual WWOM meeting for the X MDP affiliation. Provide end-to-end support for Operating Committee offsites alongside the Senior Events Coordinator, from planning through onsite execution. Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams on event strategy and logistics for major moments (e.g., regional training events), with capacity to flex between PMO leadership and tactical delivery.YOU’RE GOOD AT
Balancing strategic vision and tactical execution, with sound judgment and the ability to make things happen Strong leadership and influencing skills, including exceptional oral and written communication Writing and refining content that engages and informs a global, senior-level audience Applying a customer- and employee-centric lens to design engaging communications and events that resonate across cultures and audiences Working across complex organizations, coordinating with stakeholders in marketing, HR/People teams, and executive offices Managing internal tools like Salesforce and SharePoint, and being comfortable learning and using enterprise platforms Using PowerPoint and other visual tools to craft high-impact internal collateral A solution-orientated mindset and a ‘thinking outside the box’ approach Tact, professionalism, and a high degree of integrity A team player and someone who can collaborate with others Ability to interact with senior leaders and various levels within an organizationWhat You'll Bring
5-8 years of relevant experience in internal communications and corporate event management Background in a consulting, technology, or professional services firm preferred Capabilities in digital, social media, thought leadership and PR Demonstrated ability to manage in a global and fast-paced environment, broad cultural understanding and sensitivity in crafting communications University-level degree (graduate or master’s degree) Experience with platforms and tools like PowerPoint, Salesforce, SharePoint, and/or other enterprise content management & communications solutions Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsWho You'll Work With
The Global Strategic Programs Director and Events Senior Coordinator directly to deliver on the Global Lead of BCG X’s vision and critical priorities. You will also partner with multiple functional teams and leaders across BCG and X as you coordinate communications and align strategies, including the Global Marketing Senior Director and Global People Senior Director and their teams.
