What You'll Do
We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as People and Development Senior Specialist located in New Delhi, India.
You will support the BCG X teams by enhancing the employee experience for all CT talent, with a key responsibility being the support of CT career development. This includes facilitating supporting CDC meetings to ensure consistency in performance evaluation and collaboration, working closely with the regional CD team to ensure all aspects of the talent review process—such as tenure reviews, case reviews, and dossier preparation—are submitted and completed accurately. Additionally, you will ensure that all relevant data (e.g., workdaysWorkday, case information, staffing details, case reviews) is up-to-date and accurate.
You will support the CDC processes and provide L&D feedback from CDC to help shape the overall talent strategy. You will also support the regional Point of Contact (POC) for functional pillars such as L&D, D&I, Compensation, and Insights & Reporting, also contribute to people-related projects as needed with the intention of becoming the regional POC for one or more of these pillars.
In this role, you are expected to work closely with the Regional P&D team to deliver a wide range of people-focused initiatives, driving culture, engagement, and people development.
What You'll Bring
4-6 years of experience in a professional services environment, preferably in a people function
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
2+ years of experience in people program development and execution is preferred

Who You'll Work With
As a People and Development Specialist, you will work closely with APAC P&D team managers on the regional people agenda. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the Talent Management (Staffing) team, Finance team, and Recruiting team to ensure smooth operations for BCG X.
