BCCA Analytics Insights Manager, Алматы
Обязанности: To lead and integrate Insights & Analytics across SPO1 categories, with the primary responsibility for CA SNK strategic development. Support decision making process via delivering key trends perspective, holistic insights and actionable recommendation leveraging Nielsen, Global Data, Euromonitor and other available sources. Lead the understanding of BCCA markets acumen, PEP reasons of growth/decline while defining opportunities for growth short and long-term and competitors strategic actions understanding and foreseeing. Develop Analytics Insights capabilities in terms of new methodologies discovery and landing. Drive analytics capability improvement on constant basis. Build strong cooperation and partnership with the key stakeholders from LT, Marketing, DX & Finance , set and support proper ways of working for efficiency. Drive BCCA Insights Agenda as indispensable business partner that lead the delivery of a proactive & impactful insights & analytics agenda Partner with BCCA, Marketing, DX and Consumer Insights to provide a robust & accurate forecast of future category sales and PEP sales/share & decomposition / tear-down of drivers. Provides consistent and holistic guide to LT Management on Market, PEP & competitors performance and opportunities as well as provide direction for solutions development Support BCCA categories growth via partnership in Commerical Cycles such as IS&OP/ICP/ACP/AOP Lead and drive influential partnership with cooperating data-agencies Требования: · 5+ years of experience in Insights / Analytics / /Shopper/ Category Management in a leading FMCG company and/or Retailer and/ or Research Agency · Education: Bachelor+ degree in economics, sociology, math, marketing or management · Knowledge and practical experience with a wide scope of research methodologies and techniques (retail audit data, forecasting, modeling, etc) · Mature, stress-resistant person with strong prioritization and self-management skills · Ability to frame problems smartly and understand the key decisions/people we must influence · Ability to build deep trusting, collaborative relationships and create strong interdependencies · Ability to manage agencies/people influencially · Proven ability to manage a matrix organization (cross-functional / cross-border), collaborating and influencing, actively seeking the input of others to gain broad alignment to ideas, communicating direction and influencing decision making to move teams towards a common goal. · Budget management background
