Responsibilities Day-to-Day

Professionally greeting every guest and represent Topgolf in a friendly and welcoming manner in every interaction and when taking or delivering the guests order.Ensuring the food & beverage orders are taken correctly, making guests aware of any LTO’s, promotions, upselling to guests and that orders are being delivered to the standards expected.Ensure every drink is made to the right specification and served in a timely manner.Ensure that the bar is fully stocked at all times.Monitor and police the sale of alcohol, ensuring no under-age sales take place.Ensure standards of cleanliness are high at all times.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in the leisure/restaurant sectorGenuine desire to deliver first-class hospitality and passionate about selling.Ability to work well under pressure.Self-motivated, shows initiative, confident and a strong team-player.Strong communication skills, time management and organisational skills.
