Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Responsibilities:** + Lead the overall structural design of power battery packs, including module layout, enclosure strength analysis, lightweight design, and thermal management system integration, ensuring high safety, cost efficiency, and manufacturability (DFM). + Responsible for product full life cycle management from concept design to mass production, define technical requirements, 3D model design and 2D drawing release, prepare and participate in design reviews. + Analyze the impact of sheet metal, stamping, injection molding, and die-casting processes on battery pack structures, optimizing manufacturing workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency. + Resolve complex technical issues during prototyping and mass production (e.g., welding deformation, sealing failures), propose process improvements, and guide tooling design for suppliers. + Lead finite element analysis (FEA) for battery packs, covering structural strength, vibration, impact, and thermodynamics simulations to ensure compliance with safety standards (e.g., UN38.3, GB/T 31467). Collaborate with testing teams to develop validation plans, verifying pack reliability under extreme conditions (e.g., thermal cycling, salt spray tests). + Act as the technical core, coordinating with electrical, thermal management, and BMS teams for system integration, and deliver documentation (BOM, DFMEA).
