Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it. **Job Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the design of the battery pack's high voltage electrical system, including high voltage distribution, contactors, fuses, current/voltage/temperature sampling circuits, etc. + Design low voltage control circuits for the battery pack, such as BMS power supply, wake-up, communication (CAN/LIN), and signal acquisition circuits. + Develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts, and guide hardware engineers to complete the design implementation. + Participate in BMS hardware design, including AFE, MCU selection, isolation communication, power management, etc. + Ensure BMS hardware meets functional safety and EMC requirements. + Coordinate the matching of the battery pack's electrical system with the vehicle's high voltage system, ensuring reliable high voltage interlock (HVIL) and insulation detection functions. + Lead electrical system testing (e.g., withstand voltage, insulation, EMC, functional safety), analyze and resolve testing issues. + Prepare technical documents such as electrical design specifications, DFMEA, etc. + Track domestic and international standards related to battery electrical systems, ensuring design compliance. **主要职责：** + 负责电池包高压电气系统设计，包括高压配电、接触器、保险丝、电流/电压/温度采样电路等。 + 设计电池包低压控制电路，如BMS供电、唤醒、通信 (CAN/LIN) 及信号采集电路。 + 制定电气原理图、线束图、PCB布局，并指导硬件工程师完成设计实现。 + 参与BMS硬件设计，包括AFE、MCU选型、隔离通信、电源管理等 。 + 确保BMS硬件满足功能安全及EMC要求 。 + 协调电池包电气系统与整车高压系统的匹配，确保高压互 (HVIL)、绝缘检测等功能可靠 。 + 主导电气系统测试 (如耐压、绝缘、EMC、功能安全等), 分析并解决测试问题 。 + 编写电气设计规范、DFMEA等技术文档 。 + 跟踪国内外电池电气系统相关标准，确保设计合规 。 **Job Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical/Electronic/Automation/Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.
