The Base Maintenance CAMO Representative (BMCR) is responsible for monitoring and analyzing project related DHL Heavy Maintenance events. The main tasks include:
\n\nMonitoring the overall performance of the MRO and DHL Base Maintenance service providers on site as the DHL CAMO representative.\nActs as a direct liaison between the Base Maintenance Maintenance Operation (MRO) and the DHL CAMO organisation.\nOversees the assurance of and compliance with DHL quality and performance standards.\nVerifies compliance with all contractual agreements between the Maintenance Organisation (MRO) and DHL.\nIs on site at the MRO facility for planned base maintenance events and has to adapt to a constantly changing workplace (intensive travelling).\nAssists in the preparation of planned maintenance, including participation in pre- and post-delivery meetings.\nactively contributes to process optimisation and strengthens cooperation between internal departments and external partners.\nmaintains direct communication with all parties involved to ensure a smooth process and coordinates with manufacturers/suppliers and other DHL service providers.\nAct as a point of contact for CAMO staff on technical Base Maintenance issues.\nAttend daily meetings and share all relevant information with DHL CAMO.\nReview all contracted work and its completion\n\n\nCheck all commissioned work and its findings. Identify areas of operational risk in maintenance operations (MRO).\nEvaluate seasonal base maintenance projects and contribute to preparation for the upcoming season.\nDevelop and distribute recommendations for continuous improvement.\nInitiate, follow up, coordinate and investigate incidents during Base Maintenance in the defined area of responsibility.\nAnalyse technical incidents during base maintenance and, where applicable, identify trends with other operators that could impact the operation.\nTrack corrective actions and ensure that responsibilities and deadlines are met.\nPromote a positive and proactive approach to base maintenance.\nParticipate in introductory and recurring Base Maintenance training.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the Base Maintenance Manager.\nYOUR PROFILE\n\nPart-66 licence or relevant engineering or masters degree or equivalent practical experience with extensive knowledge of the civil aviation industry.\nExtensive experience in aircraft, engine or related equipment maintenance or CAMO activity.\nStrong understanding of base maintenance needs with focus on cost efficiency, turnaround time (TAT) and high quality standards.\nExcellent organisational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.\nSystematic and analytical thinking skills.\nAbility to work independently and remain effective under pressure while meeting strict deadlines.\nStrong team player with excellent communication skills.\nWillingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 75% at MRO facilities and 25% at CAMO).\nFluency in written and spoken English and German.\nProficient with computer systems and applications such as Microsoft Office and TRAX.\n\nOUR OFFER\n\n
