About the role

The Bartender Supervisor oversees daily operations of the bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience aligned with Four Seasons' standards. This role combines hands-on bartending with team supervision, maintaining product quality, service efficiency, and a refined guest environment.

What you will do

Supervise the bar team to deliver attentive, efficient, and personalized service.

Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and quality standards.

Ensure bar mise en place is consistently stocked, clean, and organized. Maintain strong product knowledge, including cocktails, spirits, wines, and seasonal offerings.

Train and mentor new and existing bartenders on service techniques and product knowledge.

Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and assist in ordering supplies.

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly with professionalism and care.

Ensure billing accuracy and follow all cash handling and POS procedures.

What you bring

Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a luxury or high-volume environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, remain calm under pressure, and lead by example.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
