About the Project

Alcotraz is an immersive theatrical experience of the highest kind. From your very own jumpsuit upon entrance to the real metallic cells, Alcotraz venues are more than just themed cocktail bars, they combine the very best of immersive theatre with a world-class cocktail experience. Inspired by Hollywood Film and TV that have brought to life popular prison stories, Alcotraz made global headlines in 2017 by becoming the world’s first theatrical cocktail experience, involving actors and placing the guests at the centre of the story.

  We are looking for a skilled bartender that is well versed in cocktails to work 15-25 hours a week on the Alcotraz experience. Primary need will be for Fridays + Saturdays with some midweek evening hours too.   Key Responsibilities Prepare the experience cocktails Deliver top-tier guest service with attention to allergies, taste, and timing. Maintain bar setup – clean and prepare stations before/after shifts. Required Skills Cocktail basic experience – confident creating classic drinks under pressure. Strong communication – friendly and attentive Operational focus – organized, punctual, and attentive to detail. Physical stamina – able to stand, serve, and lift during fast-paced shifts. Flexible availability – evenings/weekends preferred.
