Assures an adequate stock level is maintained, sets up storeroom and work area to permit easy access to stock items. Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips. Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary. Identifies persons who become unruly or who appear intoxicated, resolves the problem or seeks assistance. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Candidate must demonstrate EXPERIENCE MIXING ALCOHOLIC AND NONALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, beer and soda. Ability to apply simple arithmetic in calculating patron bills and making change. Ability to recognize intoxicated and unruly patrons. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds. Referral lists are based on the qualifications stated in the job announcement. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
