What You’ll Do:

\n\n\n

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair.

\n\n\n

Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and ensure top-tier customer service.

\n\n\n

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

\n\n\n

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow safe serving guidelines.

\n\n\n

Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily bar setup/close-down procedures.

\n\n\n

What We’re Looking For:

\n\n\n

Previous bartending experience (resort or upscale bar preferred).

\n\n\n

Deep knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails.

\n\n\n

Personable, confident, and service-driven attitude.

\n\n\n

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

\n\n\n

Must be at least 21 years old and hold current state-required certifications.

\n\n\n

A Bartender is responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

\n

As a Bartender, you would be responsible for preparing beverages and serving beverages and/or food to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n\nGreet guests and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner\nMix and garnish beverages according to recipe and portion control standards\nPresent and serve beverages to guests\nCheck guests for proper identification and serve alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with federal, state, local and company laws and regulations\nAccurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates, cards and vouchers\nStock and maintain the bar to include, but not limited to, beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce\nCut, store and ensure product quality of all beverage-related perishables\nRespond professionally to inebriated guests, as needed\nWhat are we looking for?
