EXPERIENCE, TALENT AND EDUCATION

Education/Training

Must meet minimum age for preparing and serving alcoholic beveragesOne year of bartending or related experience in a full-service restaurantHigh School diploma or GEDMust have current food handler’s card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law

Knowledge/Skills

Safe food handling proceduresExcellent Guest service skillsBasic knowledge of food and advanced knowledge of beveragesBasics of food and beverage service/hospitalityOrganization skills

Multiple factors will vary the applicable rate of pay for this role, including an individual’s experience, knowledge, and skillset, as well as work location and available budget.
