POSITION SUMMARY:
The Bartender is responsible in completing all assigned tasks with the highest level of quality.
They deliver products and services, exhibit guest relations through knowledge and experience in accordance with the vision, values and objectives of the Company.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepares and assembles orders in sequence, with the right techniques and makes quality checks before service, ensuring City of Dreams Mediterranean standardsEnsures that all products and services are delivered accurately and in a timely mannerAssists in waiter, host, cashier or steward tasks if requested by the Outlet SupervisorExhibits a thorough understanding of all related services and products and the ability to recommend and upsell alternativesKeeps the Outlet and working stations clean and organized, both at the front as well as the heart of houseMaintains back up supplies stock for the daily operations and anticipates busy demands by reporting any shortagesAssists with monthly inventory checks on all bar operating equipment and suppliesAnticipates guests’ need and strives to exceed their expectationsRecognizes, welcomes the guests, smiles and maintains visual contact with every patron, greets all regular customers by nameHolds a thorough knowledge of the casino and hotel layout in order to ensure that guest queries can be answered or referred promptlyEnsures high standards of personal presentation and groomingAttends training sessions and meetings as and when requiredAdheres to all Company policies and proceduresReports accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to supervisorsCarries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors due to business requirementsKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a bar tender or similar, preferably in the Hotel industryEducation
High School diplomaQualifications from a Bar tending school or similar is an advantageDiploma in Hospitality Management or similar is an advantageSkills
Knowledge of Bar related products, practices and equipmentExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsPossesses strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent command of English, Greek and other languages are highly regardedPERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
