Esplanade Lakewood Ranch is looking for a Part-Time Bartender to join our lively and dedicated Food & Beverage team! If you love crafting cocktails, connecting with people, and working in a beautiful and fun environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Provide excellent service and create memorable bar experiences for members and guests Mix, garnish, and serve beverages to spec with accuracy and efficiency Maintain a clean and organized bar area Handle transactions and operate POS system Contribute to a positive team culture and assist with opening/closing duties

What We’re Looking For: Must be available to work Tuesday nights – this is a required shift Additional weekend shifts available (flexibility is a must!) Prior bartending experience strongly preferred Outgoing personality with great communication skills A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
