Bartender Responsibilities:
Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks Stock ice, glassware, and supplies Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables and place in designated area Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs Process all payment methods Take guest food orders as needed and accurately serve guests Follow appropriate procedures for serving alcohol Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact and a friendly verbal greeting using the guests’ names when possible Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working environment with active participation in the health and safety programWhat you’ll need as a Bartender:
Experience: 2+ years’ relevant bartending experience in a fast paced, high volume restaurant environment
Certification: Smart Serve
Other Qualifications:
Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, including beer, wine, cocktails, etc. Previous bartender and or serving experience Must be 18 years of age or older in order to serve alcohol
