Job Description

This position is responsible for providing prompt and professional F&B service to Hotel’s guests.

Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging serviceCreation of new beverage/cocktails to suit guests’ needsFollow outlet policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverageMaintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/featuresObtain guests’ feedback during operations to ensure satisfactionOrder and collect food and beverage supply requisition. Ensure that the stock is collected as per requisition.
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualificationsAdditional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantageGood reading, writing and oral proficiency in English languageMinimum 2-4 years of experience in a luxury hotel or resortAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a teamPast experience of working in the Maldives will be an advantage
